Agent Review

From prototype to a defensible decision.

For teams with an existing AI agent that need clarity on risks, gaps and next steps before production use.

Audience

For product, engineering and operations teams with a prototype or early internal agent. The review creates a basis for a decision; it is not a certification or a security guarantee.

Inputs

  • Access to code, architecture and existing documentation
  • Example runs, known failures and existing test cases
  • A description of systems, data, permissions and approval points
  • A contact for technical and operational questions

Process

  • Examine the mandate and task boundary
  • Review permissions, data paths and human approvals
  • Assess test cases, result evaluation and stop conditions
  • Trace logging, failure paths, recovery and handover
  • Clarify operational ownership, change control and cost control

Deliverable and timing

You receive a written assessment with prioritised findings, reasons for each recommendation, and a decision guide for remediation, a bounded pilot or stopping the work.

This site defines the standard offer as follows: the initial review normally completes within 5–10 working days after the agreed inputs are available. We confirm scope and open dependencies before starting.

Confidentiality

We agree in advance which materials and access are needed. Access should remain limited to the agreed review purpose and necessary scope. Specific confidentiality, retention and deletion requirements are agreed before engagement.

Questions and objections

Is this a penetration test or certification?

No. It is a technical and operational assessment of the agreed agent. Specialist security testing and formal certification are excluded unless separately agreed.

Do you need production access?

Not by default. We agree the minimum access needed, and many points can be reviewed through code, configuration, documentation, a test environment and example runs.

Who implements the recommendations?

Your team can implement the prioritised work. A separate implementation by Erben Systems is possible, but it is optional and not part of the review.
