AI agent consulting

Choose the right work before the technology.

We bound a defensible mandate, examine systems and risks, and produce a concrete plan for a sensible first implementation.

Audience

For operational, product and engineering owners examining recurring knowledge or systems work who need a clear decision before a build.

Standard workshop

The standard offer defined on this site is normally one focused 90-minute session plus written output within five working days. This defines the offer; it is not a claim about past projects.

  • You bring task examples, involved roles, systems in use and known constraints.
  • We rank opportunities, choose a bounded mandate and map systems, data, permissions and human approvals.
  • You receive ranked opportunities, a selected mandate, a systems and permissions map, approval points, feasibility risks and an implementation plan.

When an agent is the wrong answer

An agent is usually a poor fit when the outcome cannot be checked, errors cannot be detected or tolerated, required access cannot be bounded, or deterministic automation can perform the task more reliably.

Next step and confidentiality

After the written output, you decide whether to stop, implement internally, build a bounded prototype, or discuss implementation separately.

The workshop should not require unnecessary confidential material. We agree required inputs, handling and any additional requirements in advance.

Questions and objections

Do we need an agent idea already?

No. Examples of recurring work with reviewable outputs are enough. We examine and rank those tasks in the workshop.

Do we have to replace our existing stack?

No. Consulting starts with your systems. An additional platform only makes sense when it has a reasoned advantage for the selected mandate.

Is implementation included?

No. The workshop ends with a written basis for a decision and implementation. A build would be a separately agreed step.
